WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
Paying by Check:
If you need to pay via check, please chose MANUAL PAYMENT at checkout. Then click on the pay button which will register you for the course. We will email you an invoice. Let us know if you need our W-9.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations for online courses need to be confirmed by Sage Education at least 10 business days before the course begins. Email us at
if you need to cancel your registration. Cancellations occurring less than 10 business days from the course start date will be charged a $100 processing fee. We will confirm your cancellation via email. If Sage Education must cancel for any reason, we will reschedule the course as soon as possible or you may move your registration to another course.
If registration is canceled prior to a live course, you will receive a registration credit minus a $200 processing fee. We will issue a registration credit that can be used within one year on another live course. This registration credit cannot be canceled a second time. If you cancel your live course registration 15 business days prior to the course, there will be no refund. If Sage Education has to cancel a live course, you will receive a full registration credit that is good for one year. Sage Education is not responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets or airline change order fees.
WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE COURSE I REGISTERED FOR AND PAID FOR?
If you register for a course, pay for the course, are sent materials for the course, but do not attend the course, we cannot refund your fees or move you to a different course. However, we can enroll you in the next session of the same course.
NON-ATTENDANCE IN A COURSE
If you register for a course, pay for the course, are sent materials for the course, and do not attend the course, we cannot refund your fees. We can move you to the same session of the online course on the next available session dates.
WHAT TIME ARE THE COURSES HELD?
The online Tribal Court Clerk Series of courses and all elective courses begin at 10 am Pacific.
The online Tribal Court Administration and Management Series courses begin at 9 am Pacific.
Live courses begin at 8:30 am on the first day and at 9 am on day two.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT I AM REGISTERED FOR A COURSE?
