When litigants make the decision to appeal a court decision, additional duties and procedures are triggered in the Court Clerk’s Office. This elective course will examine the appeal process and highlight the general procedures you need to know to fulfill your responsibilities while continuing to safeguard due process. This elective begins at 9 AM PST.

Cancellations need to be confirmed by Sage Education at least 10 business days before the course begins. Email us at admin@sage-education.org if you need to cancel your registration. Cancellations occurring less than 10 business days from the course start date will be charged a $100 processing fee. We will confirm your cancellation via email. If Sage Education must cancel for any reason, we will reschedule the course as soon as possible or you may move your registration to another course.
